The Gunnison Valley Observatory is open for public viewing of the night sky every Friday and Saturday evening from Friday, June 15, 2012, through Saturday, September 15, 2012. Public viewing through the Observatory’s 30" dome-housed telescope and several smaller outdoor scopes is accompanied by an educational astronomy lecture in the Observatory’s classroom. |
