Explore the mind, body and spirit through object/gravity manipulation. Find your inner balance and show your true physical mandala through poi. Spinning weights around a center point in concentric circles guided by specific geometric patterns. This skill is fun and easy to learn, so come and learn basic principles such as; poi mentality, balance, smoke and mirrors, planes, interpretative/ecstatic, glow/flow basics, with the opportunity to play with fire if you like after each class! Location: Gunnison Arts Center Courtyard with the possibility of moving over to Jorgensen Park for a show at Sundays @ 6 music at the park.
